About the role
You'll lead a pod of three (one paid media specialist, one analyst, one creative producer) across two retained accounts — one in automotive, one in FMCG. Combined media spend on these two accounts is north of IDR 280B / year. The work spans Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, and increasingly retail-media platforms. Your strategist partner sets direction; you make it land.
What you'll be doing
- Own the weekly performance number for both accounts. Run the standup. Sign off the weekly readout.
- Lead media mix decisions — when to shift, when to hold, when to kill a channel.
- Mentor the pod: weekly 1:1s, monthly review, written feedback. Run the quarterly career conversation.
- Show up to client steering committees. Defend the numbers. Earn the next quarter's budget.
- Partner with the analyst on attribution and incrementality — push back when the model is wrong.
- Contribute to BigEvo's broader performance playbook — write up what worked, what didn't.
Who you are
- 6+ years in paid media, ideally agency-side. At least 3 of those owning a P&L or significant retainer.
- Deep platform knowledge in Meta and Google — bonus for TikTok, programmatic, retail media.
- Mentorship experience. You've managed people before, not just projects.
- Comfortable in a boardroom. You can hold a room of senior clients with numbers and judgment.
- Bilingual (Bahasa + English).
- Operating system fluency — Notion, Slack, Looker, BigQuery basics. SQL is a plus, not a requirement.

- You've worked with FMCG or automotive clients before.
- You've built a measurement framework from scratch.
- You've presented at a conference, written publicly, or run a community of practice.
